Culinary School Projects

During Culinary School at OCC, a couple of my classes involved projects which focused on menu creation and hypothetical restaurant creation. This also meant that I got to research restaurant trends plus use binders, page protectors, and special paper and markers!!

Below are two of my projects during my time in the program. The first focuses on restaurant concept plus menu design. The second focuses on bakery design and dessert offerings. Enjoy!
